The story of Freddie Rick's success and the rise of BetterTrades to the top of the stock market education world have been documented in two books and has also been recounted in newspaper and magazine articles.

In Richard Poe's book entitled The Wave 3 Way to Building Your Downline, Freddie Rick's story with Better Trades is chronicled in Chapter 11. Poe interviewed some of the most successful people in the marketing industry and learned how they recruited, energized and motivated their people. The book is currently out of print, but is readily available at many online booksellers.

In Scott Schilling's book Talking With Giants: Powerful Leaders Share Life Lessons, a question-and-answer approach is taken. Freddie Rick reveals his life story, the ups and the downs, and speaks about identifying a goal, making the plan - helping people make better trades - and taking the steps to achieve them. The book also identifies Scott's belief that successful people are typically philanthropists and details how Freddie Rick has given unselfishly to others. An article about Freddie Rick's company, CodeReady Solutions, an IT firm that is affiliated with BetterTrades, was featured in the October 2008 edition of the Gwinnett Business Journal, a respected periodical that is sold and circulated in the northern Atlanta suburbs. The article details how CodeReady is experiencing rapid growth, even in a sluggish economy.

BetterTrades hosts a Traders Super Summit each summer to help its students learn strategies designed to make better trades. The 2008 Super Summit was held in Dallas and included two-time Super Bowl winning coach Jimmy Johnson, a BetterTrades graduate. You can read the BetterTrades Press Release about the event.
