Freddie Rick's Career

Freddie Rick is the founder and CEO of BetterTrades. He entered the US Marine Corp after graduating from high school in 1984. He credits the Marines for helping hone his leadership skills. He was discharged at the rank of sergeant.

Freddie worked in network marketing where he developed the ability to speak in front of large groups. Around this time, Freddie Rick met the woman who later became his wife, Mitzi. Together, they realized that they both enjoyed trading in the stock market.

In 2002, after seeing their small educational company begin to grow, the Ricks founded BetterTrades.
